Patient Info FAQ

48 hours notice is required for all repeat prescriptions.

We request patients not to telephone for repeat prescriptions so the telephone is left available for more urgent matters. However, elderly and housebound patients can ring to request a repeat prescription after 14:00 each day.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
